As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and audit partner for 20 years, I have a proven track record in leading audit teams and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Since 2015 I am director at CMS, specializing in the development of financial reporting templates, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

With extensive experience in both local and international regulations, he has held senior roles, including as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm and a key member of the management team at CMS Systems Solutions Ltd. Charalambos has successfully led complex audit projects, managed teams, and developed business plans for new products. His expertise spans across industries, including financial services, renewable energy, and property management. A fellow member of ACCA, he is also skilled in IFRS, compliance, and project management, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
